Gone are the last minute trips with one carry-on. HEY but I’m not mad at it. I love creating new memories with my little family. Also I love a good project management opportunity, lol. I’m still figuring it out and I still get pre-flight anxiety, but here are some tips that I’ve picked up and have been extremely helpful! Everything I reference here is linked in my Amazon idea list.
Read MoreIf I could live anywhere ELSE in the world, it would be New York City. There’s so much to say about it and why I am obsessed, but if I could sum it up in just a few words: Its energy is intoxicating. Addicting, even. The hustle, the grind, and the beauty in it all. There’s inspiration in everything you eat, see, hear, smell - (Ok maybe not smell.) and it’s all just one subway ride away. I LOVE IT ALL. I compiled a list of go-tos that I’ve try to visit every trip and a couple of newer spots I enjoyed in my recent trip in October 2021.

Read MoreOut of all of the Hawaii islands, Oahu has the most to eat, do, and see. Waikiki is pretty much made for tourists and I’m not mad about it. From relaxing at a beautiful beach in the North Shore to eating all the best pancakes Honolulu has to offer - this post has got you covered! If you have any questions or have other suggestions, leave them in the comments! Enjoy!
Read MoreIf you're wondering where to travel next, just drop all other plans and head to Santorini, Greece. It is truly heaven on Earth. Years ago, I saw one picture of the blue domes and calderas and immediately fell in love. I remember immediately googling for flights from LAX to Thira and the $3k round trip ticket confirmed that Santorini will have to be admired from afar. Last year when Chris and I started to plan our honeymoon, we were determined to find a way to Santorini without spending our entire wedding budget.
Read MoreI lived in Sicily about 15 years ago and visited Rome often, but didn't quite experience the food and sights like I did in our most recent trip. Chris and I decided to stop in Rome for 2 days on the way back from Greece. While we would have loved to enjoy a couple more days here, 2 full days ended up being just enough time to eat (A LOT), see, and feel the beauty of Rome. ENJOY!
Read MoreBarcelona is full of culture, art, and amazing food. It will always hold a special place in my heart because it was our first "double date" trip with my favorite couple - my mom and dad. I was so happy to experience this beautiful city with 3 of my favorite people. Enjoy!
Read MoreParis is always a good idea - and I wouldn't recommend anything less than a week. A full week allows you to do all the fun, touristy stuff but also gives you a taste of a true Parisian lifestyle.

Read MoreSeattle is a great place to enjoy a quick weekend getaway. We spent 2 days there, but I would recommend 3 because there is so much food! We were literally sleepless trying to hit every single place in 2 days, but high key food coma-ing the whole time. For this post, I’m writing a daily itinerary versus organizing the places in categories to give you an idea of how to fit the most in one day. Enjoy!
